At the Doctor's Office

My partner of 14 years has been complaining about a bulge in his lower abdomen. I insisted that he needed to see a doctor so we can know what it is and what to do about it. I went with him as he seemed a little worried and he said that he would feel better if I did.
The nurse cam in and took his vitals and gave him a gown and said to undress and put it on. The nurse left. He did as he was told and laid back down on the examining table.
Soon after the doctor knocked on the door and came in. She washed her hand and dried them and snapped on a pair of latex examination gloves.

She did some examining of his abdomen while laying on the table and told him to stand up so she could examine him further. she then knelt down and put her cupped his scrotum and told him to cough. My partner was showing signs of arousal she asked him to turn his head to one side and cough and then turn it the other way and cough.
